Online Purchases

You can receive a refund or exchange on eligible merchandise. After 30 days of the shipping date, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Eligible returns and exchanges:

• Items must not be worn, washed or altered in any way
• All original boutique tags must be attached
• Items must be free of any and all fragrances, deodorants and body oils

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return, and are therefore yours to keep:

• Intimate undergarments, such as briefs, thongs, boyshorts and boxers
• Lingerie sets paired with a matching panty
• Shapewear and hosiery
• Items with original tags removed

Bare Basics is not responsible for shipping and handling costs on returned merchandise, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.
