Standing naked in front of a mirror while a complete stranger takes your measurements appeals to few. That is not the experience you’ll have at our shop.
When you arrive, you will be welcomed by one of our friendly experts who will assess your needs based on your style and wardrobe preferences.
Next comes the exciting part — finding your perfect fit!
If you’ve never had a bra fitting, you might be surprised by the sizes our experts bring to you. Rest assured, our staff have all been trained the “Bare Basics Way”, which has kept clients coming to us time and again. Bra fitting is part art, part science. Quite often, our fitters are able to bring you the proper size after a quick glance at your back and front while fully clothed. Other times, we may need to try a few different sizes and styles before finding that perfect fit.
You will never see us using measuring tape unless we are custom altering your bra purchase.
Bare Basics is proud to offer in-shop alterations; however, given our broad size range, we rarely find alterations necessary to achieve a perfect fit.

For your convenience, we keep customer “wish lists” on file. A great benefit of our service is our ability to offer guests the option of coming in, getting fit and creating a wish list that we can record in our computer system.
Bridal Registry
We offer bridal registries, too! From bridal lingerie under your wedding dress to beautiful garters and gorgeous sleepwear. Bare Basics has everything you need for your special day, your honeymoon and the days beyond. Why not register for all of your lingerie wardrobe needs? We’ll keep your bridal wish list on file, so guests can select the perfect shower gift for you.
Gift Certificate
Take the guesswork out of finding the right gift with a Bare Basics gift certificate. Our gift certificates are available in any denomination, the funds do not expire and they can be applied to any product in the store.
Complimentary Gift-Wrapping
It is also our pleasure to offer complimentary gift-wrapping. In fact, our signature holiday wrapping has been known to bring about smiles before the box is even opened.
